Terms of Sale
Effective from 30 June 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the relationship between MEDÉRA ("Distributor") and customers ("Buyer") for the supply of original aesthetic injectables. By submitting a quote request through med-era.com you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Eligible buyers
Products supplied by MEDÉRA are prescription-grade and intended exclusively for use by licensed cosmetologists, physicians and aesthetic clinics. By placing a request, the Buyer confirms that:
- They hold the necessary professional licence or operate a regulated aesthetic clinic;
- They are authorised in their jurisdiction to purchase, store and administer the requested products;
- They will use the products solely within the scope of their professional practice.
MEDÉRA reserves the right to request supporting documents and to refuse any request without explanation.
3. Products and origin
All products are originals sourced directly from the manufacturer. Every shipment is accompanied by a certificate of origin and full documentation. We do not supply repackaged, reconstituted or grey-market products.
4. Ordering process
- Buyer adds products to the request via the catalog and submits the form with required contact details and consent.
- MEDÉRA confirms the request and replies with the current price list, stock availability and wholesale conditions.
- Upon Buyer's confirmation, an invoice is issued in EUR for bank transfer.
- Goods are dispatched after payment is received and verified.
5. Prices and minimum order
Prices are quoted per vial in EUR and are subject to change. The current confirmed price is the one stated on the issued invoice. There is no minimum order quantity — orders may start from a single vial and may combine brands and unit sizes freely.
6. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer against the issued invoice. Goods remain the property of MEDÉRA until payment has been received in full.
7. Shipping and cold chain
All products are shipped under an unbroken cold chain (2–8°C) by qualified couriers. Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on destination. The risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for receiving the shipment under conditions that preserve the cold chain.
8. Inspection and acceptance
Buyer shall inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify MEDÉRA in writing of any damage, shortage or non-conformity within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.
9. Returns
Due to the cold-chain and prescription nature of the products, sealed and intact products may be returned only by prior written agreement with MEDÉRA. Products that have left the controlled temperature range cannot be accepted back.
10. Liability
MEDÉRA guarantees the origin, authenticity and proper cold-chain handling of the products. Beyond this, MEDÉRA's liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected products. MEDÉRA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the products by the Buyer or third parties.
MEDÉRA is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, regulatory action or carrier failure.
11. Compliance
Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of practice, including the registration, import, storage and administration of the products.
12. Confidentiality
The terms of any quote, price list or invoice are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without MEDÉRA's prior written consent.
13. Changes
MEDÉRA may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and applies to all new requests submitted after the effective date.
